Our FoundersManuela Nuñez began her career as a youth counselor in a detention center for adolescents. She spent 11 years as a city shelter system case manager, and is a housing specialist, including working as an Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) program housing navigator. Ms. Nuñez is an expert in NYC housing programs and population housing needs and the requirements to end generational poverty.
Sandya Shetty has worked for 25 years as a builder and developer. She is a licensed real estate broker, working with NYC as a realtor andrental associate. Ms. Shetty is well-versed in city housing programs, including the NYC Housing Authority (NYCHA)program. She is knowledgeable about housing deficiencies and the requirements to end generational poverty.
