Manuela Nuñez began her career as a youth counselor in a detention center for adolescents. She spent 11 years as a city shelter system case manager, and is a housing specialist, including working as an Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) program housing navigator. Ms. Nuñez is an expert in NYC housing programs and population housing needs and the requirements to end generational poverty.Ms. Nunez has been featured in multiple news outlets as an exempary authority in all housing matters..
Sandya Shetty has worked for 25 years as a builder and developer. She is a licensed insurance broker and real estate broker, working with NYC as a realtor and rental associate. Ms. Shetty is well-versed in city housing programs, including the NYC Housing Authority (NYCHA)program. She is knowledgeable about housing deficiencies and the requirements to end generational poverty.

Damilola Arogundade: is a dedicated city employee who is passionate about helping individuals experiencing homelessness find stable and secure housing.Damilola has spent the past couple of years working tirelessly to bridge the gap between those in need of shelter and those who can provide long-term housing solutions. In his role, Damilola works closely with individuals in shelters, understanding their unique circumstances and needs to connect them with appropriate housing options.One of Damilola's key initiatives is in fighting against voucher discrimination.He actively advocates for fair housing practices and works to eliminate barriers that prevent individuals with housing vouchers from accessing safe and affordable housing. Through education, outreach, and policy advocacy, Damilola strives to create a more inclusive and equitable housing market for all.He is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those he serves, believing that everyone deserves a safe and stable place to call home.
Alfred Webb: Al moved to NYC in the late 1980s, and his career has been focused on the Mechanical Construction industry. Throughout Al's life, he has volunteered to build houses of worship and repair homes after natural disasters like Hurricane Sandy. Additionally, Al also volunteered as a counsellor with the NYC correction department and the NYPD for individuals dealing with addiction issues. Al's continual commitment to serving others has been an important aspect of his life and career, motivating me to make a positive impact on my community and beyond.
